Jenny Chang Hi, welcome to focus talk. Today our guest is Dr. Shiva, a Fulbright scholar and renowned scientist and engineer. So Dr. Shiva, great to have you on our show.
Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai Great to be here. Thanks for having me.
Jenny Chang Thank you. So Dr. Shiva, a lot of people got to know you during the 2020 election period for your analysis on the Michigan election data. And also, you test me your testimony at the Arizona hearing. But little does the public know that you even filed your own lawsuits related to election fraud in Massachusetts, before the election? And I think you have you found new ones after the election. So tell us a bit about that.
Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai Sure, first of all, you know, when I did the Michigan analysis, where I exposed the computer algorithms there and also in Arizona, that was in, you know, in January, right, in February, but prior to that, I was myself a US Senate candidate. And as you just mentioned, you know, I’m a scientist and an engineer. I’ve spent probably 40 years of my life and a PhD in a field called mathematics called pattern analysis. So this was quite profound. You know, I ran for office here in Massachusetts, we ran an incredible campaign 3000 volunteers 10,000 lawn signs 20,000 bumper stickers, we had 15 major billboards nearly raised $2 million bottoms up from people. And the bottom line here was our campaign was supported and funded by working people. These weren’t people who are paid out one paid volunteer in our campaign. But you know, we did it close to probably 400 500 different standouts, which means where you go out people hold the signs up, and these were everyday people was an incredible campaign. And the election I’m talking about, there’s two elections. First of all, we’re talking about the September 1 2020 primary, you know, the primary election, there were two republicans and two democrats running. So I was running on the Republican ticket. Now, what’s fascinating is the real people who her opposition in in, in the republican September 1 primer were not the Democrats, but the Massachusetts GOP, who themselves are a swamp in and in Massachusetts, you have to understand it’s a unit party state, the Democrats, the Republican establishment colludes with the Democrats. So in this case, clearly, they should have embraced me. Instead, they went and found somebody to run meaning they meaning the republican GOP, to run against me to make sure that they would get a designated loser who would lose to the Democrat. So this guy just to give you by way of contrast, he had no lawn signs, no bumper stickers, no election campaign, no one could no one even knew who he was Jenny at the at the time of the election. So we were campaigning very hard. And and this and the word on the street was at one simple word landslide. everywhere we went, we had our own campaign bus, we went to nearly all the 300 towns in Massachusetts, we would show up on a you know, in an evening at a Walmart 700 800 people would be there. It was a bottoms up campaign. We knew we’d won this. What’s fascinating journey. Some of my volunteers would say, oh, Shiva, the only way you’re going to lose is with election fraud. And I said, Ah, that doesn’t occur in America. Right.
Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai So on the night of September 1 2020, what we find is that, by the way, that the eve of September 1 2020, August 31, the Secretary of State, who is by the way, his nickname is known as a prince of darkness. He’s a very corrupt guy, Secretary of State Galvin. He had done an interesting announcement. He said, Only 150,000 people are gonna vote in the Republican primary, historically, even in the worst primaries 270 260,000 to 70,000 people vote. So I thought this was odd. Why was he saying there was gonna be a lower vote count, when all of our analysis said it was going to be at least 350,400 1000 people, because you all said mail in ballots. So we knew something was up, Jenny. So on September 1 night, when the results were coming in, what do we see? Well, in the in Massachusetts in the different counties, Franklin County was one of the counties which is 80 to 90% hand counted paper ballots in that county, we win by nearly 10 points, but in every other county, it was 6040 6040 6040 6040 6040 6040. Now here’s a guy who wins in an all Hispanic town. And this guy’s originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, no one even knows him. 6040 in a predominantly black neighborhood 6040 here I you know, our campaign was loved by blacks, whites working class people, everyone. So this guy guy was 6040 6040. So my, quote unquote concession speech On that evening was I said, You know, I said, election fraud just took place in third world, Massachusetts. And I said, I’m glad we have the First Amendment. And we also have the second amendment in this country. And I didn’t mean it in a violent way. I just meant to say that the founders had put in some basic rights, which we, you know, we’re important for freedom. And but that was when I, my eyes were, frankly open, I said, This is ridiculous. There’s no way we lost to this guy. 90% of people said, Who Who’s that we didn’t even know about this guy. If you go on the street, in fact, today, our name brand visibility is like 90%. This guy, no one even knew him. So that September 1 Night Journey is when my journey began, as not only is it campaign, Senate campaign candidate, but also as an engineer, as a scientist, to understand this, and we didn’t end our campaign, all of our volunteers that Shiva let’s write in you, we’re going to move into a write in campaign. So we moved to still our federal election campaign into the general election. So that was the big inflection point for me. This is long before November 3, two months before.
Jenny Chang So tell us in a nutshell, how many lawsuits you filed against whom for what reason? And what are the victories that so far you have got?
Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai Yeah, so that journey that started in September 1, which is still going on today, ended up in my filing two lawsuits. One of the lawsuits numbers is people want to look it up with 11889, and the others 12802 different lawsuits but interconnected into the issue of election fraud. So the first lawsuit we filed in late September, early October was a lawsuit concerning the violation of my first amendment by the Secretary of State by the government of Massachusetts. And what occurred was on in September on 25th, and 26th 24th 25th. in that timeframe, I put out four threaded tweets, where in those tweets, I had screenshots of emails with me interacting with the Secretary of State, a public official, were in that email, she is admitting that the government had deleted ballot images. When you take a physical ballot, and you put it through the electronic voting machines, it takes a picture of the ballot, and that becomes the image that which is tabulated according to federal law. 52 USC 207, a one a one for federal election, which is what mine was, you’re supposed to save those records for 22 months. So on September 24 25th, I had put out these tweets, saying that the Secretary of State deleted ballot images, they violated federal law. And here was the data. Immediately, Jenny, I was thrown off Twitter. And I’ve never been, you know, suspended off Twitter. And it turned out that a news reporter talked to the Secretary of State and she admitted to them, that they had contacted Twitter. So let me be clear, big tekton throw off a US Senate candidate but the government of Massachusetts, this would be like the Chinese Communist Party, calling one of their party officials who owns a company to go take revenge on someone because I was exposing the government was violating federal law by deleting destroying ballot images, which is a violation of federal law. So the government calls jack Dorsey to throw me off not for one day, but for three weeks in the middle of my federal election campaign. So I knew I didn’t understand election integrity laws enough yet. And I knew no one was going to go after Twitter because of Section 230. But I knew I had the government because they violated the foundations of the First Amendment, which was government speech cannot supersede political speech. So no lawyer wanted to take this court case on this court case, 11889, I had to file it myself. It was me against three lawyers in a four hour hearing, which should have originally been only an hour hearing. So the first victory was this. We have we have a $1.2 billion violation of the First Amendment lawsuit. Plus, with that lawsuit, we said we wanted the judge to order them to stop contacting Twitter, which is called the restraining order. First, judges do not like to give restraining orders. Second, they don’t even like to give the hearings. Okay. This judge gave us a hearing big victory. If you look at all the Trump cases, they didn’t even get to the hearing stage. Second at the hearing after four hours. This is a victory for the American people. What we found out was in the hearing that the government contacted Twitter, they admitted it. They also admitted that they’re not like all of us, the Attorney General was saying Oh, she was just saying stuff. Or doctor. She was just saying this stuff. You know, anyone could have complained. Not true. The government has a Twitter partnership, not only a Twitter partnership, a trusted Twitter partnership, everyone should listen to this. Right. This is a new caste system. The government excuse me, the government has a bad phone a hotline to Twitter. So when they saw me exposing them They had their batphone their hotline, and they contacted Twitter because they have a Twitter partnership. And that’s why Twitter took me down. Twitter did not do this on their own. It was coercion by the government. The second thing we found out in that lawsuit was the government of Massachusetts also contacted another one of their collaborators called the National Association of State election directors, which is funded by the Rockefellers and funded by the Murdoch Murdoch’s and that organisation is a nonprofit organisation, which is the umbrella organisation of all state election directors. Now, why is this important? While the state election directors are the ones who certify the voting machines, they’re the ones that certify voting machines, which can have computer algorithms to multiply votes. So anyway, and it turns out, they also contacted NACD, who also has a Twitter partnership, so they were going after me, because I was exposing that these people are violating federal law. So in that lawsuit, the second victory we got and that is, the judge ordered them, he ordered them to tell them that you will no longer contact Twitter to both the government and ascd. And he also told them, it may he said, if you have a problem with Dr. Shiva, then why don’t you go on Twitter and argued out instead of doing this, and then the other thing he said in the transcript, he said more than likely, Dr. Shiva will be able to show that state action was involved to win his larger lawsuit. Okay. And that’s so those are two very important victories. Now, continuing that lawsuit before I go to the second one is two weeks ago, Jenny, the judge, we I was permanently banned on February 1, again, when I shared those four emails that you just showed, okay? Once again, and remember twittered and banned me I’ve talked about forced vaccination against my position against forced vaccinations against GMOs against election fraud. It was a government right when I put up those four emails, the Twitter algorithm kicks in, because of the what the government told and I’ve been banned permanently off Twitter. So I went in with another hearing. And this was another big victory we just got, the judge said, we cannot give you complete relief. Very interesting. Until you also bring in Twitter. So the judges ordered me also to bring in Twitter, which is great. So the judge now wants also to bring in Twitter, and he wants to question them, how do your algorithms work? How do you flag people, but this is historic, because this is basically this is not just big tech. This is like the Chinese Communist Party. This is like a fascist government working in conjunction with big tech. And this is what is so I think historic about our lawsuit. It’s First of all, not been dismissed yet. So that’s it’s not been dismissed. We’ve got now I would say three victories. We got the hearing, we got the restraining order terms, and the judge wants us to bring in Twitter. So that’s lawsuit number one. lawsuit number two, is remember. starting September one, I had to understand how electronic voting machines work. I had to you know, understand the First Amendment I had to represent myself, Jenny, I had to study law. All right. So in federal court, okay against three other lawyers. And so by October 30, I had also started to gather all the mathematical analysis, you say, and I’d found out in those electronic voting machines going back in in one of the images, you may want to show a show in 2000, starting in 2002, going back to the grandfather of voting machines called the deebot voting machine, on page two dash 126 of that electronic voting machine software manual is a feature a computer algorithm feature called a weighted race feature weighted race feature, which means if you got 1000 votes, Jenny and I got 1000 votes, they have the feature, they could multiply your votes by two and minds by point five. So it’s not one person, one vote. So you get 2000 votes, all my voters get debased, that means their vote is only worth half a person. Right? Remember back in the 1700s, they had, they had the ruling where a slave was three fifths of the human being. So they have this feature and these voting machines which are being certified by state election directors. So we got very lucky I started looking at all the data analysing because I know I won, there’s no way this guy won. So we found what we call a unicorn in mathematics. In one of the counties Suffolk County, we noticed this amazing pattern, which can occur only one and 100,000 to one and a million, or worse, where the only way that vote pattern could occur was if my votes were multiplied by two thirds. And the other guys were multiplied by 1.2. And when you go back, all the everything starts becoming a normal statistical model. So we’ve we by file that mathematical analysis in court, and remember, they applied the opposition. Now I have to remember I’m going after two people in that case, the Secretary of State and the governor and None of the defendants they applied for a motion to dismiss, which is what happened to all of the Trump cases. And guess what happened? The judge denied their motion to dismiss. All right, another big victory. And the opposition didn’t even do any mathematical analysis, which means my mathematical analysis is on rebutted. So we’ve shown mathematically that they can multiply votes in lawsuit number 12080. And 1189. We’ve shown that how they destroy the evidence of that manipulation, which is valid images, which is a violation of federal law, we have to also understand that in court case, number one, I went to the Department of Justice, I went to Bill bars, you know, I informed I went to the US Attorney, they did nothing. This is why I am convinced, and this is an unfortunate conclusion is that we have selections in America, we don’t have elections. And both parties know about this. And the unfortunate situation is that Democrats for 20 years have been talking about election fraud. They say voter suppression. And now the republicans talk about mail in ballots, neither of and by the way, both parties raise money on it, okay. But the real issue, the real crime scene, is a fact that the electronic voting machines are being certified by the state election directors with a feature called these computer algorithms where they can manipulate vote counts, these features should not even be in these machines. And remembered this is why the Dred Scott case took place. It was only in 1964, when judge Earl Warren clarified the 14th amendment, one person, one vote. It’s a very important part of American democracy, but with these electronic voting machines, we don’t have that. But there is a solution. And I want to talk about that, because I think I’ve shared enough about what the problems are sure.
Jenny Chang It’s only talk about the solution. I just want to quickly check with you. When did you file the second lawsuit? And what’s the current status?
Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai Yes. So the second lawsuit, I believe, was filed on November 4, okay. And the status of that lawsuit is it has not been dismissed. Okay. They attempted to dismiss. And the judge also told me to add on more information, he wanted to know more about the law of one person, one vote and how it related to machine. So he gave us an opportunity, which is again, another victory he wants to be he wants to learn, because remember, judges, the older judges who he’s if you read his transcript, he said, You know, I’m paraphrasing is he told them, Look, maybe I’m old, but I believe in the First Amendment. Okay. And what you, you know, why didn’t you simply argue with Dr. Chivas on the second lawsuit, he wants me to explain more about one person, one vote. So I submitted two more affidavits from me, and also an Election Commissioner from Tennessee, who also knows about this. It’s about a 500 page affidavit with all the manuals. And it clearly educates the judge that this weighted race feature exists, this, this computer algorithm exists. So now the judge is going to start understanding. So that’s why he didn’t he, you know, if a judge doesn’t believe in the merits of your case, they dismiss it right off. Yeah, this is why all the lawsuits that were filed, all were dismissed, because frankly, they weren’t going after the real crime scene. The real crime scene is the fact that the state election directors are allowing this feature to even exist. I see.
Jenny Chang So both of your cases are ongoing. So now, yeah, tell us about your proposed solution.
Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai Right. So there’s two, there’s two parts of the solution. First of all, I’ve come to the conclusion that we need to build a bottoms up movement in this country, the republicans and the democrats for far too long. They know about this, because state election directors are Republicans and Democrats. And you even saw in Michigan, a Republican legislature, and they really didn’t come to really want to talk about election fraud. But the real solution on the on the voting issue is number one. Election Day should be a national holiday, number one, number two, it should all be hand counted, paper ballots. Number three, it should be at the precinct level, at the precinct level, with your small decentralised after the votes are counted, and we should have young people, students, parents, everyone should participate should be a national holiday. After the votes are counted at the precinct, it should be reported immediately, right then and there. Like the old days when the town crier would come out, and he would shout out in the town square, XYZ got so many votes, ABC got so many votes, none of this electronic stuff being transferred and centralised. So that’s the solution, we need to go back to hand counted paper ballots at the precinct level. If they want to use electronic voting machines, then they must publish the ballot images at the precinct level. That’s the solution. So we got to go as a technologist. This may seem funny as the guy who invented email, as the guy who does technology has four degrees from MIT. I’m telling you that the real Technology when it comes to voting is hand counted paper ballots period.
Jenny Chang But it seems like now before we talk about that movement, it seems like we’re moving farther away from this your proposed solution with the because I just want to hear your thoughts on, for example, currently, there’s HR one bill, right, being pushed by the Democratic Party in the Congress. So I just want to hear your thoughts about the speelde. Like, how do you feel? How do you feel about this HR one, Bill? And what will be the ultimate impact on election integrity? Should it become law?
Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai Well, look, there’s so many aspects of a journey, the HR one bill, but fundamentally, the HR one bill is a fake fight against election fraud. This is what’s been going on with the left and the right. They act as though they want to protect elections, but ultimately, what it is about if you read it carefully, they want to, you know, have the mail in ballots, they do not want to get rid of the machines, it is a way for them to have more power to centralise votes. Okay. Whenever you centralise vote counts whenever you centralise a tabulation of votes that this is what’s going to be more problematic. Fundamentally, if you look at it from a system, if you look at a system a system as an input, it has some process and an output, right? We talked about from an IT standpoint, well, a system that has high integrity, you can follow through all the processes well, HR one, you just put it up, they want to ban voter IDs, right? So you can’t verify the inputs, so you don’t know what’s coming. And so it could be garbage in garbage out. So HR one is basically trying to institutionalise election fraud. That’s what it’s fundamentally trying to do, saying we don’t we, you know, we’re not we don’t have to verify the input. You know, it’s, it’s basically going to move more and more towards centralization supporting the electronic voting machines. And the output that you get out of it can be unverifiable. Look, if I win or lose an election, it’s not my responsibility to do all of this. It should be a very simple, you know, response from the government. Here, Dr. Shiva here, your electronic ballot images, you can go through them, see you lost the election, or you won the election. It should be that simple. Instead, HR one with everything you’ve said, it’s going to make everything more and more nebulous, right, it’s going to make it harder for the end candidate or for the public to ever trace back that process. You don’t have voter IDs, you don’t even know who voted, okay. They’re making it more nebulous. It’s basically enabling those in power to further control. One of the most important probably the most important aspect of democracy is helping people are elected.
Jenny Chang So so how do we get to where you think we should be at, like, improve election integrity?
Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai Yeah, so look, quick background, and I never voted in any election until Donald Trump ran because I never had really like both of these parties, because I always knew they weren’t together. And now I’m back to that same conclusion. The only way to win is a bottoms up movement. If you look at the ark of American history, going back to the mid 1800s, all the way to the mid 1900s. It was when working people came up bottoms up when it was a bottoms up movement. And if you look at the features of that movement, it was working people and By the mid 1900s, that working people’s movement is why we had infrastructure nutrition, you know, ending of child labour in the in the 1900s. And that’s when infectious diseases went down. That’s when we had prosperity starting in 41 1940s to 1970, the American Pie grew for everyone. So the solution that I’ve proposed that we’ve actually started implementing on what is to be done on our website, va shiva.com. I’ve integrated three important features. One is we need to get people educated. People need to understand political theory, they need to understand number one, that if you look at science, there is a foundation to everything in the universe, the science of systems, how your computer works, how your body works, how election systems work, how politics work, have a systems basis. So I have created that engineering science, in fact, rediscovered it, and in a one a one to three hour course every Monday evenings, I teach that and we put that in our own environment independent of big tech. So first is to educate people we call them truth, freedom health warriors. The second part of that is to teach people three scientific principles. first principle is the interconnection between freedom, truth and health. Without the First Amendment without the Second Amendment without freedom. We can’t practice science to get to truth. You know, you practice scientific consensus, not the scientific method, which is what we have today. you suppress you censor. You can never find the truth about masks are election integrity, etc. They throw you off Twitter, okay, like the government did. So we don’t get to truth but if we can get to truth, then you can identify the real problem that and the real solution for our body, our economy. Our infrastructure to build health. And with health, we have the strength to fight for freedom. So that’s the first principle we teach people. Second is why we need to build a bottoms up movement, that in the in the universe of things, our body doesn’t have one big cell. It has 6 trillion cells, we have 60 trillion bacteria, 380 trillion viruses, we’re a decentralised system. So believing in billionaires and believing in a politician is never going to happen. It’s like, it’s good for entertainment, if you want entertainment. But if you want truly change, we have to go Bottoms up. And the third principle we teach people is that to anything and achieving your goal in life, in from a system standpoint, there is always a disturbance, which gets in your way. The real disturbance is the controlled opposition, the not so obvious establishment, both parties have the not so obvious establishment. And the faster we realise there’s a lot of people who talk and then the action, the action is always going to come Bottoms up. So we teach people that in three hours, Jenny, people learn something that will take them probably 40 years. And then we’ve created in this environment, our own social media community, independent of Facebook, independent of Twitter, so people get to communicate freely. And then finally, we give people actions to do on the ground. So they feel empowered. So for example, the election integrity, we’re going to be rolling this out tonight. In fact, you’ll you’ll see it coming up where the clean elections, one person 111 vote movement, is to educate everyone as a truth freedom and health warrior. They can go to their local towns, and they can ask for two pieces of data and the 2020 election like I did, in one of the images I sent you, where we went to Boston, we said show me all the people who voted is called the participating voter list, show me the actual vote counts. p which is the number of people voted V, which is the number of votes better be equal. every town we go to Jenny, that we got information, p does not equal v. So we want to teach people that they can do this in their local towns, the first step is people should become aware, people should realise they have the power, not you know, lawyers, right? We the People. That’s an example with masks, for example, we’ve educated people with the little three by five, two inch card, you know, I’m a biological engineering, I’ve written papers on this subject. We’re teaching people what happens when you wear the mask around your mouth, how the oral microbiome changes? And what are the public health implications we have nearly our volunteers have almost distributed a quarter of a million of these cards. So the site va shiva.com, slash join, when people go there, they join, and they can join for nothing they can join to get some level of education, they can contribute as they want based on the educational level. But it’s very nominal, but they’re supporting this infrastructure independent of big tech. And they’re getting education building community and they get activated. This is a platform for bottoms up movement. It’s the only way we’re going to win. Because those in power have gotten so good at lying to us so good at cheating, and so good at violating law. I mean, look, I went to Bill Bard, the Department of Justice. And I said, Look, they’re violating federal law, he did nothing, nothing, nothing is going to happen. Because we’ve already moved to fascism in this country. I’m sorry to say the only way forward is a bottoms up movement for truth, freedom and health. And, you know, so yes, I invented email as a big solution site assault. But I would say this platform I’ve created is something probably with all humility, that’s going to really be transformative, because it’s going to empower people to learn, to teach and to serve others learn, teach, and serve. That’s one of the slogans of truth, freedom and health.
Jenny Chang That certainly sounds like a concrete plan that you’re putting up out there. And I think a lot of people will be interested in checking it out. Now. I just have one last question. You wrote this paragraph of text. And I found it very interesting. When you filed your lawsuit on December 2 2020. You said that 50 years ago today, on my seventh birthday, my parents left India for a country with rule of law, truth freely spoken, and one person one vote. Today, my gift back to America are the lawsuits I filed that fight for these, these cherished principles. Now, the first part of your text, a lot of Chinese really can resonate with that. So that’s why I want to bring up this, this paragraph. And so could you expand a little bit on what you wrote there?
Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai Yeah, as you were reading that it was sending chills down through my body actually, because, to me, this is very personal. You know, my, my parents left India. And I remember my mom saying, you know, America has rule of law, that people cannot just do anything and steal and be corrupt. Number one, and my dad, my dad shared with me, what made this country great was the freedom that we had, and that your vote actually means something. And those are the three reasons my parents came here. So it’s a very, to me. It’s a very spiritual journey, and ultimately But I find myself in this very profound situation where the journey I came from, and I left India literally on December 2 1970. And I filed that lawsuit on December 2. What was it 2,020/57 birthday, 50 years to the date I left India. So these things are very profound for me. And it’s basically defending all those people that work so hard for me in India, so I can make it here for my parents, and all the working class people I grew up in New Jersey, who also were everyday working people. So if we do not have one person, one vote, it means we have nothing. And and, and maybe it takes the guy who invented email, maybe it takes a guy who came as an untouchable from India, who actually went to MIT to expose his fundamental issue, these electronic voting machines, this quote unquote, technology must go away, we must go back to paper, we must go back to our communities local, where you can look at people where you can read a piece of paper, the voting exercise must be ultimately a deeply spiritual community event at the local level. That’s the way we get back to truth, freedom and health. Otherwise, we’re frankly, in fascism, or we’re going to get worse. And that is why we have forced vaccinations coming. This is why we have violation of medical freedom. This is why all of these issues are taking place. This is why people are saying co2 is a pollutant when it isn’t. Okay, pollution is a pollution pollutant, the Paris accords allows China to double their pollution, not lower it. Meanwhile, Biden’s re entering it based on fake science. So when you don’t have rule of law, when you don’t have freedom, you have fake science, you have fake news, you pretty much have nothing. So this this fight that we’re doing in these two lawsuits, I think is a historic fight. And that’s why I hope everyone understands the importance of this MP and I really appreciate your news organisation covering this Tucker Carlson and covering it, Fox News won’t covered cnn won’t cover it, because those are entertainment. They never want to get to the heart of any real issue. They want to keep the you know, black, white left, right, republican democrat dialectics going, that’s how they make their money. But we as everyday people must go to the heart of the issue, and the heart of the issues. We do not have one person one vote in this country.
Jenny Chang Thank you so much, Dr. Shiva, for sharing your thoughts and you’re offering us suggestions. These are really valuable information for our audience.
