Since the 1970s, the economic dominance of the United States has been based on its ability to control the world’s supply and trade in oil.
What occurred in the 1970s, when the United States dollar was separated from gold, when it went off the gold standard and it went to being backed by the petrodollar. The US and its entire economic system, because the US is so tied in particular to Europe which is tied to the petrodollar as well.
This is what makes conditions for the ability to control vast amounts of oil and gas. Energy is the thing that really drives the ability for the United States to have this thing called the reserve currency. The key thing to take away from this is that the United States is highly dependent on its preeminence of controlling energy on a global scale.
With the fall of the Soviet Union, the United States promised Russia that NATO would not expand to the East.
When the Soviet Union fell in 1991, a verbal agreement, a handshake was made between Gorbachev, and George Herbert Walker Bush that the Soviet Union would split. This agreement said the US and NATO would never move one inch to the east of Germany.
Well, in 1997, the Western powers had one of their proxies placed in position with the name of Boris Yeltsin. They scared him, and he signed an agreement in 1997, which basically said, we’re not going to encroach into Russia, but we will add people into NATO. “Don’t worry, it’s no big deal. It’s only for defensive purposes.”
NATO quickly broke its promise and began expanding Eastward. The US sought to undermine and supplant Russia as the main energy supplier in Europe.
Since the late 90’s NATO has fully expanded, essentially surrounding Russia. More importantly, the defensive positions they have taken, which many will argue that they violated many treaties, and have become offensive positions.
You can read more about these policies from many experts in far more detail on the subject. One of the important policies that was articulated was that the United States must make Europe dependent on its oil and gas.
Condoleezza Rice, US Secretary of State under George W. Bush, was previously on the board of Chevron. She is someone who understands systems science, and stated the United State’s objective to dominate Europe’s energy supply.
In 2012 and 2013 arguments were articulated very clearly that Russia was providing most of the oil and gas for Europe. The United States, more specifically the elites in the United States, the oil and gas elites found Russia as a major competitor.
They found particularly Russia as a major competitor to US oil interests in Europe, and this was probably best articulated by a woman called Condoleezza Rice. Many of us who know about Condoleezza Rice, she was brought in by George Bush, she was always seen as a war monger.
Condoleezza Rice very, very clearly articulated that Russia poses a threat to all US oil interests, and that they needed to really do long range planning to end Russia as a competitor as the US oil interests were the ones orchestrating all of this.
The thing is that the science of systems is known by around 10,000 of the elites, or the advisors to the elites like Condoleezza Rice. They learn it, and they use it to manipulate the components of the system to advance power, profit control for the elites.
She articulated a goal very clearly that we want to change the structure of energy dependence in Europe.

A 2013 interview with Rice has her saying 80% of the economy of Russia is oil, gas and minerals. She said Vladimir Putin is the head of the syndicate, and it’s like the pot calling the kettle black.
Here’s Condoleezza Rice, who was the head of one of the oil Syndicates, Chevron, and she’s saying Vladimir Putin is a head of the Syndicate, as well.
Russia has got a ton of oil, a ton of gas, and a ton of minerals, and that is really their economy. While in the same breath, she is saying that you want to have pipelines that don’t go through Ukraine or Russia, that are not owned by Chevron or Mobil or Exxon. What she actually means is you want to have Europe become dependent on Exxon Mobil and Chevron.
In this talk, she was giving in 2013, it says she related a story of a dinner she attended. While at this dinner, she’s telling the Deputy Minister of Russia that she was on the board of Chevron. Her Russian counterpart asked her if she was still on the board of Chevron. To which she responded, No, I’m the Secretary of State.
Look at how naive she thinks these people are. Saying she was on the board of Chevron then, but now she is a Secretary of State, and implying they have nothing to do with each other in terms of interests.
While at the same time, she’s saying, in Russia, you can be the deputy minister, and you can be the director of a company which is bad. There Putin was director of Gazprom, which is, by the way, that company that owns those pipelines, which were blown up recently.
In a country like Russia, or China, as I mentioned before, they are what I call state capitalists, where the heads of the government, like this deputy minister and the head of Gazprom are together but the big difference is they’re open and honest capitalists.
In the United States this is a lie. Someone who was head of Chevron should never be allowed to serve as Secretary of State because of the conflicts of interest. In the United States, we have a revolving door, and people are led to believe that revolving door means that people have no alliances.

There has been a war that Ukraine has been waging against the eastern provinces in Ukraine, which were really upset with the coup that took place in 2014. November 5 2013, Chevron signs a 50 year lease agreement that they will start developing shale and gas reserves in Ukraine.
This resulted in protests called the Maidan revolution in Ukraine February 2014. The US does a coup as they bring in a guy who’s essentially anti Putin.
The US goal here was that they would essentially start using Ukraine with the goal to stop Russia delivering oil to Europe only to advance US corporate interests.
Three big oil corporations Shell, Chevron, and Exxon Mobil swoop in this time, into that region in 2014 they thought they would start delivering oil reserves from Crimea. Putin came in there and shut that down. Exxon left while Shell was in the Eastern Region starting to do oil and gas work in Donetsk.
That’s where we have the anti Nazi Ukrainians, which were pissed off with the the new president that was put in, so Exxon left. Then Chevron claims they left also in 2014-2015, because they said they didn’t get good tax treatment.
Since 2014, when the coup took place, to today, there’s been this war between Ukraine In the Eastern Province taking place. This war is really about Big Oil\Gas, and their idea was they would create infrastructure in Ukraine that would build a pipeline into Europe leaving and basically screwing Russia big time.
Putin actually got wind of this and in many ways, won that battle. Exxon, Shell and Chevron were gone, but the goal of US imperialism, through the vision of Condoleezza Rice and the George Bush oil family, was to help this oil cartel use Ukraine to pump gas out and then deliver that gas to Europe.
Look at the timing in 2013-2014. They signed lease agreements, they went into Ukraine, and they started a war so they could destabilize the region and make Ukraine dependent on NATO. This was all designed by the big oil companies.
The Eastern provinces of Ukraine, which have high ethnic Russian populations, rebelled against the US backed government in Kiev.
Throughout this entire eight year period, the UN, and reasonable people are saying, we don’t want to have this war. It could escalate to a nuclear war and hurt a lot of people. Just sign an agreement called the Minsk two agreement, which would have settled the conflict in the eastern part of Ukraine.
Those people in the state of Ukraine, would have been given them some rights. Rights that would enable them to feel some sovereignty, and Russia would agree not to go into those regions, but instead the United States and NATO wanted war.
They didn’t support the Minsk agreement, they didn’t really push it, but the US NATO Alliance pokes the bear, by putting out there that Ukraine might join NATO. This is what really pissed off Russia, because that means that they could do whatever they wanted in Ukraine, for us NATO interests.
If Russia hit Ukraine, that would be considered war against NATO. So that’s where this is all coming from. Russia said no, Russia then started doing what they call their military operation, supporting those eastern provinces.
Recently, the Russian Nordstream pipelines in the Baltic Sea have been destroyed, forcing Europe to rely on the US for energy.
Today the United States and NATO have been squeezing Russia. It’s been hard for Russia to maintain their pipelines because of supply chain issues, as they need parts to this which come from Europe. While the United States NATO Alliance says we don’t know exactly who exactly did blow the pipelines.
Douglas McGregor, a former adviser to the US Defense Secretary in the administration of Trump, said in a recent podcast the Royal Navy and the United States Navy have these capabilities. McGregor also noted that Poland’s former foreign minister from 2014 said he thanked the United States for damaging the Nord Stream one and Nord Stream two pipelines.
McGregor says the Russians did not do this, and then he added Germany did not do this, because it’s extremely unlikely. You have a senior advisor in the Defense Department who says it’s ridiculous to think that Russia blew up their own pipelines.
Remember, Russia is making billions and billions of dollars, they need cash, cash reserves, that’s what Russia relies on.
The two pipelines are about 70 miles away from each other. One of the pipelines is in Sweden, underground in their territory, neighborly or sea wise, and in Denmark, which is part of NATO. Sweden wants to be part of NATO. Denmark is in NATO.
So Russia can’t even go to those regions to prove that they didn’t do it, because they’re controlled, one by NATO ally Denmark and the other by Sweden. The destruction occurred on September 27, and that is the same day that the four provinces in eastern Ukraine were voting to do referendums to leave Ukraine.
And remember, that is the oil and gas rich regions in that area. So, they don’t want to be part of Ukraine. They voted to be part of Russia, or part of their own independent republics, which the UN Charter allows them to do.
Again look at the timing. September 27, the referendum occurs and more than likely, one of the US NATO allies, or US and NATO blew up Russia’s pipeline. Now, Europe must depend on the US and NATO, and can no longer depend on Russia. Because the pipeline is cut off.
They blew up the pipelines to send a message to Europe, you will depend on us. They chopped that pipeline, which was 10s of billions of dollars that Russia invested. Within 24 hours they brought up a new pipeline called the Baltic pipeline.
The Baltic pipeline that goes through Poland, and this pipeline has been in development, but they somehow got it ready right in time. They blow up Gazprom Russia’s pipeline, and they bring the other one up. Now, Europe is now dependent on this Baltic pipeline.
The countries who created that Baltic pipeline, Denmark, Norway, US, and NATO are the ones that’s now delivering through the pipeline. War is another means of politics, which is serving the interests, in this case of the global oil elites. If they have to do a nuclear exchange, they’ll risk that because of the amount of billions or trillions that are at stake for US Imperial oil.
