In this presentation, Dr.SHIVA Ayyadurai, MIT PhD, Inventor of Email, and Independent Candidate for President of the United States and U.S. Senate, exposes the non negotiable foundation of election integrity: preserve the evidence. Yet the political establishment has treated that requirement as optional. Federal law requires election officials to retain and preserve federal election records for 22 months, so evidence can be audited and accountability can exist. Dr.SHIVA revisits the 2020 battle when Truth Freedom Health® took Massachusetts head on and forced a critical fact into the record: the state deleted ballot images. They tried to bury the receipts and silence Dr.SHIVA for exposing it. We fought anyway, and we proved what they did. Now, acting on the Truth Freedom Health® principle of Action, the movement has filed a Writ of Mandamus demanding Massachusetts comply with federal law and preserve ballot images, because without preserved evidence there is no verification, and without verification there is no public trust.
