If I were considered to be anti Semitic and a institution, which receives federal funding, where to invite me to speak, they could be barred from inviting me under the threat of losing federal funding. Okay, that’s how, very quickly, how a law occurs. It’s passed the House, now it’s going to go to the Senate. Now, what does this bill say? And by the way, this bill was passed again to those of you joining. It was just passed in the house by a massive majority. But this is what the bill says.
House Bill 6090. It says it was passed, Lawler was the guy who one of the sponsors of the bill with Keene of New Hampshire, Miller of Ohio, Moskowitz. King of New Jersey, Jackson Lee, Fitzpatrick, Stefanik, Christoph Norquist, and others, right? But what does this bill say? It says to provide for consideration a definition of anti Semitism set forth by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance.
For the enforcement of federal anti discrimination laws concerning education programs or activities and for other purposes. Let me read that again to provide for the consideration of a definition of anti Semitism. Step forward by this organization, the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance. For the enforcement of federal anti discrimination laws.
Concerning education programs or activities for other purposes, so you can read the bill. It’s relatively a short thing, but bottom line, it says that they should accept the I. H. R. A. S. definition of anti semitism and based on that definition of someone is. Being anti Semitic, then Title 4 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 this would be included in that, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
In this case, if you read the bill, it’s really that the Department of Education would really be able to enforce though enforce penalties against those educational institutions, which were promoting or behaving in an anti semitic way. If an institution allows. Quote unquote protests, which the government department of education deems to be anti semitic, they could cut funding to those schools.

So again, the bill 6090 says that if you That we’re gonna start using the IRAs, the International Holocaust MOUs Alliance definition of antisemitism, and using that definition that the Department of Education could cut funding or impose penalties on educational institutions, which are discriminating through this new definition of antisemitism as defined by the I-H-I-H-R-A.
So what is that definition? Let’s look at it. So here’s that definition. Okay. That definition says the following that IHRA is working definition of antisemitism is a certain perception, very nebulous of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred towards Jews, rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed towards Jewish or non Jewish individuals, and are their property towards Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.
According to IHRA, that definition also encompasses, and listen to this, quote, targeting of the State of Israel conceived as a Jewish collectivity. It is way beyond anything having to do with national origin or race. It has to do with if you attack the state of Israel, which is getting down to political ideology.
Okay. Now, a couple of years ago, two very sharp scholars wrote a paper on this, and I’ve been watching this for a while. So I want to share this with you. So it was. In several years ago is only when the I. H. R. A. actually came up with this definition of anti Semitism. Okay. So that they create a new definition what it means to be anti Semitic.
In this in this definition of anti Semitism the. And I want to go through this with you a little more deeper. So you understand the evil nature of what’s taking place here. Okay. Whilst the definition has received a significant amount of media attention, we are not aware of any comprehensive philosophical analysis.
This article analyzes its definition. We conclude the definition And its list of examples ought to be rejected. The urgency to do so stems from the fact that the pro Israel activists can and have mobilized the IHRA document, which means this definition, for political goals unrelated to tackling anti Semitism, notably to stigmatize and silence critics of the Israeli government.
Now, if I go in and I, if you, I want to go to the first place where they refer to Zionism in this article let me go to this first and what’s interesting is it’s the authors say in this paper that readers engage with the debate over the definition might be forgiven. Having said that, the author is going to say the former problem is illustrated by some of the 11 examples. That the IHRA, if you go read the IHRA document, they give 11 examples what they think they believe should serve as illustrations of anti Semitism.
These authors and the analysis that they conclude is that seven of these examples refer to the state of Israel, which suggests that authors may be largely concerned with anti Zionism that relates to Israel as opposed to anti Semitism that relates to Jews anywhere in the world. So let me just stop here for a second.
The bottom line here Is that the IHRA definition 7 of 11 examples from the scientific analysis reveal it has nothing really to do with anti semitism, but it has to do with you attacking. Israel, right? The political entity, Israel let’s say you would attack Iran, or you would attack Syria, or you attack India, or you would attack Australia, the state of Israel, quite fascinating, right?
If you attack the state of Israel, which is a political ideology, like you would attack any other state, if you wanted to, that would be considered anti Zionist. Anti semitic. So think about what I’m saying that you don’t have to one is, attacking a black person or Jewish person, national origin.
But if you attack, let’s say, Rwanda, or they’re going to equate that to attacking Israel that if you attack Israel, you are anti semitic, which attacking Israel is really being anti Zionist. Okay, attacking the political ideology of Zionism. So by adopting the IRA’s definition and those seven examples from the scientific analysis, the US House of Representatives has further equated antisemitism with anti-Zionism.
Quite disgusting. Okay. This would be saying that anti nazim, saying stuff against Nazism is the same as saying stuff against the German people, which is absolute nonsense. Saying stuff against Hindus. Or the caste system is saying stuff against Hindus. That’s what the right wing Hindus want to do, okay?
The caste system is a political ideology. Nazism is a political ideology. Zionism is a political ideology. You should be able to expose and attack that viciously, okay? Now it gets even more interesting. In this scientific analysis, what’s revealed about the IHRA definition is even more disgusting, as you’ll see.
And deeply troubling to say the least. And that goes to this particular point. Of this one section that the authors discussed quite eloquently is a criticism of the Israeli government. And they go on to say this, whilst we have argued in the previous section that some aspects of the IHRA document are relatively trouble free due to the recognition of the importance of context, other aspects of the document are problematic per se.
Whilst introducing the 11 examples, the IHRA definition states, Quote, criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be disregard as anti semitic. So what the IHRA says is that if you criticize Israel equal to the way that you criticize another country, that won’t be considered anti semitic.
But if you criticize Israel more than what you would criticize another country, that would be considered anti Semitic. Think about this very nebulous way that they’re discussing this, right? And the authors point this out. They say, this statement fails to explain why greater criticism of one state compared to another state would be problematic.
And questionably implies that dissimilar criticism of Israel can be regarded as anti Semitic. To evaluate this claim, it must be clarified what is meant by criticism of a country. Does criticizing a country mean criticizing all those who live within its borders, those who are recognized as its nationals, or those who govern it?
Any criticism of the first two categories Right is likely to involve criticizing people who bear no responsibility for the act that is being criticized. The same applies to the 3rd option with the difference that when 1 criticizes the government, a well defined body is being criticized where it is understood that not all who are part of the government necessary support its decisions.
If criticism of Israel is understood in this way, it is not clear why criticism dissimilar to quote to that level against any other country can be regarded as dissimilar. The concept of dissimilar criticism is problematically vague, as it can mean that the same standard of criticism is applied to different situations, or that a different standard is applied to the same kind of situation.
It seems particularly inappropriate to associate the former with antisemitism. Firstly, the criticism might not be motivated by hostility or bias against Jews, but simply by a particular government policy. Secondly, if government A has more unjust policies compared to government B, there’s good reason to subject it more criticism.
Clearly, if Israel has worse policies than another government, and I criticize Israel more, according to this IHRA definition, I’m being anti Semitic. So they go on to give this, there is good reason, for example, to criticize the Israeli government more than any other government in relation to the plight of the Palestinians.
A recent report by Human Rights Watch states, quote, Israel authorities in 2020 systematically repressed and discriminated against Palestinians, for example, through, quote, the further transfer of Israeli citizens into settlements in the occupied West Bank, end quote, and the demolition of Palestinians homes.
Quote for lacking Israeli building permits, which are virtually impossible to obtain. So bottom line, as this analysis clearly shows that the IHRA definition is basically saying, if you criticize Israel more than another country, that’s going to be anti semitic. It’s absolutely insane. If Israel is doing more horrible things in another country, you have the right to criticize them.
But for this definition. You can only criticize Israel as much as you criticize another country. Nonsense. So this is what the right wing Republicans and a few Democrats, right? In fact, Democrats actually came out against this because they wanted to protect free speech. So all of you fucking Republican right wing maga tards out there, your people who you claim that you support free speech are the ones who passed this fucking law, which is against.
So think about that. And this clearly shows that the establishment is one, the obvious establishment, the not so obvious establishment. Joe Biden, Donald Trump, booby fucking Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard, Vivek the snake, go down the list. All of them are one, the Clintons they’re one, because when it comes to Zionism, which is the weapon of the swarm to diminish you as a working person, they’re all together on it.
And that’s what just happened. On mayday, and it is not a coincidence. This is about making sure that we, the working people do not unite, get our shit together against the swarm. So you better shut your mouth according to this. Because if you say stuff against Zionism in the state of Israel, which is a government, and you critique it more, according to that definition that just adopted, more, let’s say I critique Israel more than I critique India, I’m going to be anti Semitic.
Think about this, but all of this is about equating Zionism with Semitism or anti Zionism with anti Semitism. That’s what this is about. So we’re living, we’re moving towards greater and greater fascism. That’s what this is all about. And it is occurring. It is being passed by the so called Republicans, the right wing, and it’s broadly supported by left independent, all of whom support Zionism.
I’m the only candidate who has been consistent on this, unequivocally on this. All right, Jill Stein goes to controlled protests in some ways, hops in, but it’s really not exposing the fundamental issue that we need to end the occupation of the United States. This is the fundamental difference. These liberal anti Zionists are talking about freeing Palestine, but they do not want to talk about the heart of the issue that Zionism controls the United States.
So it’s easy to go to a college campus and hold up free Palestine signs, but not talk about the fact that Zionism has destroyed the workers in those university campuses. 1984, when I ran the anti apartheid protest, we weren’t like the liberal white kids on campus who were talking about, ooh, poor South Africans.
Our movement at the MIT campus interconnected what was going on in South Africa to what was going on to workers on campus. They don’t want to do that. The fake liberal, quote unquote, pre Palestine ceasefire now movement does not want to talk about ending the occupation of Zionism in the United States.
That is the heart of the issue. And the reason they’re passing this bill is the swarm is creating its own immune system to protect itself because it is Zionism. It is a swarm, which is the enemy of not only the American working people, but the global working people. They don’t go to fight. wars. They sent poor whites, poor blacks, poor brown people, poor yellow people to go fight their wars.
That’s what this is fundamentally about. Okay. The free Palestine and the free United States movements. Yes, need to unite because this is about working people, be it in Palestine, be it in India, be it in the United States uniting. So in three hours, that’s what I’ve started doing. That’s the solution. We got to train people first with understanding what a system is, the dynamics of all systems that affect.

Without freedom, you cannot convert ideas, hypothesis into truth, which is science. And without freedom, you can’t really get to truth. And without truth, you make up fake problems and fake solutions, which means you destroy our health.
And without health, Which is the infrastructure of us and our body. You can’t fight for freedom. Truth, freedom, health. Third concept is, it has to be bottoms up. Working people. People who work uniting. And what the right wing has done, is whenever you say working people unite, that must be communist.
Meanwhile, they’ve let the democrats run unions, which suppress workers. Completely corrupt. But when you look at the arc of American history, it’s been when working people came up. We need to go local. Every solution I’m coming up with is a part of this movement. We’re giving the science, which is the truth, and then we tell people what they can do on the ground.
Like with election fraud, you don’t need to wait for some lawyer. Our goal is to train people to go local. Fight locally. Forget lawyers, forget politicians, forget celebrities. You’ve got to learn politics, and there is a science to it. They lock us down, we should be ready to shut them down.
And the fourth part of this principle is the not so obvious establishment. So when you look at a system, there’s always something that disturbs you from getting to your goal. Where the biggest disturbance is the not so obvious establishment. Which are those people who claim they’re for you. On the left and the right.
The Al Sharptons who tell black people I’m for you. The Tucker Carlsons. Do you think any true anti establishment person will ever be on Fox or CNN? I don’t think so. They both mislead working people back into the establishment. Without this solid understanding of political physics and theory, you’re screwed.
You’re gonna follow, on the left wing, Bernie Sanders, Oh, he said something, or Robert Kennedy. Scumbags. Or you’re going to follow some right wing talk show host. They’re not going to lead us to liberation. It’s us. We’re building a bottoms up movement. And that political physics, it’s a nuclear science of change.
Bottoms up. We have to organize to understand that there is people who talk a good game and then look at what they actually do. Left and right. I’m sorry, Sean Hannity may say some good things, but I don’t see the urgency in his voice to get something done. And it can only come at a time. When you weaponize yourself with the right knowledge, you need to be able to identify a rat.
Christ didn’t go after the Romans, right? It was the Pharisees and the Sadducees who screwed him up. His own quote unquote people. And that’s where we’re at. By passing a bill which equates Zionism or anti Zionism with anti Semitism and is going to give power to the essence of of a country, of a people education, the Department of Education was created in the 1970s, really a department of indoctrination.
And this Department of indoctrination education is now going to have power to cut funding from institutions that are anti Zionist. That’s what this is really about. And they’re going to be able to use a sword of Damocles over them, the threat that if they invite speakers like me. To come to these institutions, they will be shut down.
So think about this is absolute censorship. That’s what’s going on. And the only way out of this is to building a bottoms up movement. Then, once you get to that conclusion, you have to ask, How do you build the bottoms up movement? You got to study and you have to learn and you have to get on the ground.
You have to become a warrior scholar and you can take steps towards that.
