Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai will be visiting Karunya University in Coimbatore to take part in a National Level Symposium on Inventions and Innovations for Sustainable Development (IISD) – 2014 to be held on March 21, 2014. The symposium is being organized by  the School of Science and Humanities, Karunya University, Coimbatore. Dr. Shiva will be delivering the Inaugural lecture on Inventions and Innovations for Sustainable Development. He is expected to talk on the need for sustainable development in the areas of Food, Water, Energy and Healthcare.

Dr. Shiva will also be delivering a special talk on Innovation Any Where, Any Place by Anybody. He will later be interacting with Computer Science and Technology Faculty and Students in a Special Interactive Session with on topics of core competence.

Dr. Shiva is scheduled to depart on a flight to Chennai in the evening.
