Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai will be participating in this launch event to initiate Innovation Ecosystem North East Sri Lanka as an organization. IE-NESL is being established to spearhead research and innovation to help eager and aspiring university graduates to launch startups in Northern and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka.
